Loyola Law School has partnered with Parchment (previously Credentials Solutions) to process electronic and hard copy official transcript requests. Students and alumni may order transcripts at any time of the day, on any day of the year. Those who place a hard copy transcript order by 1:00 PM Pacific Time can expect Parchment to process and mail the transcript on the same day.

Parchment collects a $2.40 handling fee for each order. Hard copy requests require an additional mailing fee: $2.50 when delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail Domestic or $5.00 when delivered USPS First Class Mail International. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. In-office pick-up is also available, but the day and time at which your transcript will be ready for pick-up will be dependent on the Office of the Registrar’s hours and staff availability. In-office pick up will require proof of identification (e.g., student ID card, driver's license).

Loyola Marymount University (LMU) also utilizes Parchment to process transcripts. LMU maintains a separate order form for their undergraduate and graduate students. Please make sure when ordering a Loyola Law School transcript that you are doing so through Parchment's Loyola Law School form and not the LMU form.
