LLM Admissions Week is a unique and exclusive online event hosted annually by LMU Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. This event offers applicants an opportunity to engage directly with our Admissions Team, seamlessly submit LLM applications, and promptly receive admission decisions.
Participants in LLM Admissions Week will also be eligible for our new guaranteed Early Admission Fellowship. This fellowship offers a guaranteed scholarship ranging from $10,000 to $40,000 upon admission to our LLM program, with the award applied directly to your tuition fees. The Early Admission Fellowship aims to alleviate financial barriers, enabling you to concentrate on your studies. With this scholarship, you can pursue your LLM degree confidently, knowing that your academic excellence is acknowledged and rewarded.
Throughout LLM Admissions Week, all submitted applications will undergo review, and applicants will receive a final decision, including their scholarship awards, by the event's conclusion. Which documents do I need to submit with my application during LLM Admissions Week?
To complete your LLM application you need to provide (i) your personal statement, (ii) your resume, (iii) a copy of your first law degree transcripts, (iv) your English proficiency score (TOEFL/IELTS or Duolingo). Letters of recommendation are not required.
Do I need to submit my application through LSAC?
Only applications submitted through our online LLM application form will be considered for LLM Admissions Week. You are still more than welcome to submit your LLM application through LSAC, but a decision on your file might require additional processing and review time.
Is your LLM application free?
Yes, our online application form is completely free, and you can successfully submit your application in less than 30 minutes.
Do you offer a scholarship?
Yes, we are excited to announce our new guaranteed Early Admission Fellowship, which includes a guaranteed scholarship, available to students who participate in LLM Admissions Week and submit their application by Wednesday, May 3. Applicants will be considered for scholarship opportunities of up to $40,000. You don't need to submit a separate scholarship application or statement.
When will I receive a decision during LLM Admissions Week?
Every complete application submitted through our online application by Wednesday, May 1, will receive a decision by our Admissions Committee by Friday, May 3.
