Sande Buhai Award

The Sande Buhai Award is presented to a graduating student who demonstrates an exceptional commitment to public interest law and public service. The award was established in 2009 and is named in honor of professor and alumna Sande Buhai ’82, whose guidance and leadership in the Public Interest Law Department have been invaluable to the Loyola community. The recipient is selected by members of the Public Interest Law Foundation.
