MARCOMM PROJECT INTAKE FORM

At LMU Loyola Law School, we engage the law with creative thought and deliberate action to advance legal policy and prepare new generations to shape the justice system. The LLS Marketing & Communications Office supports initiatives that drive awareness of faculty, student, alumni, and programmatic excellence.

Please Note: The LLS MarComm Office will respond to your project request within 48 hours. If you have an urgent matter, please contact the LLS MarComm Office directly at media@lls.edu or 213-736-1444 or 213-736-8300, or stop by the MarComm Suite in Burns 126 (next to bookstore).

General guidelines:

  • Digital materials such as plasma screen signage: 2-3 days.
  • Photo requests: Please provide at least one week's notice, particularly if the event is not during regular business hours.
  • Print requests may take up to a month or longer between design, production, and/or mailing. For on-campus print requests such as sandwich boards and Sonia's tabletops, please allow a week for design, production, and installation.
  • Systems access requests: Completion of training is a prerequisite for systems like the T4 website CMS and the Emma email system. Please allow for 1-2 hours of advance training time before access to these systems is authorized. Training for these and other systems is available online.
  • Requests that are exclusively for social media may go to www.lls.edu/socialrequest.
  • Requests that are exclusively for LLS This Week may go to www.lls.edu/llstwform.
  • Branding information and logo downloads are available at brand.lls.edu.
  • Faculty submitting exlusively scholarly impact information should do so at www.lls.edu/impact.
  • Brand guidelines are available online.
  • LMU Photo & Video Services page, with request forms and resources (LLS MarComm is your liaison). 
  • Request Iggy for an LLS campus appearance.
  • Further consultations may elicit further details on overview, goals/objectives, intended outcomes, narrative direction, target audience, distibution strategy, deliverables, messaging/copy, creative direction, needs/assets, resources/references.
