Note to Professors:
As of March 2021, the 5th Edition of my M&A casebook was published and is now available for adoption for classes starting in Fall 2021. In addition, I have prepared Lecture Notes to accompany the 5th Edition of my casebook.
You will need a separate, new set of credentials to access the Lecture Notes (and other password-protected Supplementary Teaching Materials) that accompany the 5th Edition. In order to access the password-protected content (using the navigation menu to the left), you will need to request new credentials.
