Learn the skills to communicate more effectively, navigate difficult conversations, and resolve conflict with confidence.
Whether you are an attorney, educator, human resources professional, manager, social worker, community leader, student, or simply interested in improving your communication and conflict resolution skills, this highly interactive training provides practical tools you can immediately apply in both your professional and personal life.
This Training Will
- Satisfy the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA) classroom training requirements to mediate in most community mediation programs and many court-connected mediation programs.
- Teach participants to understand and implement mediation theory, process, and skills
- Provide extensive role-playing exercises and simulations to practice mediation and conflict resolution techniques
- Equip participants with practical communication and negotiation tools that can be used in both professional and personal settings
