Background

Professor Wolfson was an Assistant United States Attorney from 1974 to 1982. He joined the Loyola Law School faculty in 1982 and was the Director of the Lawyering Skills and Trial Advocacy Programs for a number of years. Professor Wolfson has also written and produced videotapes for use in law schools throughout the nation to help teach legal ethics to law students along with client interviewing and counseling skills.
