Lezlie received her J.D. and LL.M. in International & Comparative Law, with distinction, from Tulane Law School. She also holds a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism, summa cum laude, from Troy University. Lezlie’s legal experience includes both union and management side labor and employment law. Additionally, Lezlie previously worked in career services at Tulane Law and Alabama Law, and is a past member of the NALP Board of Directors.

Where is your hometown?

What do you enjoy most about working at LLS CDO?
I love helping people to reach their professional goals!
What was your life like before coming to LLS?
I previously worked in law school career services before transitioning to lead talent and equity at an environmental nonprofit. My days consist of supporting a dedicated team of environmental advocates and future lawyers. It doesn’t get much better than that!
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t give up. There are times in life where things don’t turn out how you expected, but stay positive and keep at it. Eventually things will work out, and often better than you expected.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Travel, read, and watch tv
What’s your favorite cuisine?
Mexican and Italian
What’s a fun fact most people don’t know about you?
I’ve worked as a tv/movie extra.
