This Training Will
- Satisfy the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA)** classroom training requirements to mediate in most community and some court-connected programs.
- Allow you to understand and learn effective mediation skills, techniques, and strategies to resolve a variety of conflicts.
- Teach you to understand and implement mediation theory, process, and skills.
- Provide role-playing exercises to practice your skills.

Up to 5 hours of participatory MCLE credit, including up to 1 hour of recognition and elimination of bias, are available. This activity is pending approval.
LMU Loyola Law School is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider. Each day of the training, if approved, will generate a separate certificate. Attendees must sign in and sign out with full signature on each day.
