Fidler Institute on Criminal Justice

Fidler Institute on Criminal Justice

The Fidler Institute is named in honor of Superior Court of California, Los Angeles County Judge Larry Fidler, a graduate of Loyola.

Every year, the Fidler Institute hosts a day-long symposium featuring nationally renowned speakers in different areas of criminal Law.  The symposium provides an opportunity to unite criminal law practitioners, members of the judiciary, scholars, alumni and friends, and is one of the premier events at Loyola Law School.

The Institute and its annual symposia are under the direction of Professor Laurie Levenson, David W. Burcham Chair in Ethical Advocacy.
