With more than 18,000 alumni worldwide, Alumni Engagement at LMU Loyola Law School strives to stay in touch with all of its graduates. Alumni are encouraged to remain in touch with each other and with their alma mater. All graduates of the law school are automatically members of the LMU Loyola Law School Alumni Association, and the Alumni Association Board of Governors serves as leadership.

Alumni Engagement provides alumni with the following benefits and services: 

Alumni Newsletter: Alumni InBrief 

All LMU Loyola Law School alumni receive a complimentary publication featuring announcements about leading programs, centers, events, and alumni called, Alumni InBrief. The publication is a monthly electronic newsletter featuring the latest news on alumni successes, upcoming alumni events, and important campus updates. 

Events and Programs 

Alumni of LMU Loyola Law School receive invitations to regional and affinity events, receptions, symposia, seminars, panel presentations and more. These events are wonderful opportunities for networking with other members of our alumni community. You may update your email address, and assure the receiving of the newsletter and invitations, here: update your contact information.

Lifetime Email Forwarding 

LMU Loyola Law School alumni may elect to receive the service, Lifetime Email Forwarding. Simply sign up, and your Loyola alumni email address will conveniently forward new emails received to any email address you provide. The purpose of email forwarding is to demonstrate your affiliation with LMU Loyola Law School.

Campus Services

Law Library

LMU Loyola Law School alumni are are welcome to visit the William M. Rains Library for research and study. Alumni may check out as many as 10 books at a time from the circulating collection. An ID with current home contact information will be requested. Library visitors may park in the the law school's parking structure at cost; enter at 919 Albany Street. Here is the campus map.

Alumni also have free access to the William H. Hannon Library at LMU, One LMU Drive, in Westchester, CA. Please find the alumni services for the Hannon Library here. On campus parking is at cost, and the nearest parking is the Drollinger Structure.

Chapel of the Advocate

The Chapel of the Advocate is open to LMU Loyola Law School alumni, students, faculty and staff of all faiths for prayer and meditation, and services. The Chapel of the Advocate serves as a sacred space for prayer and worship services as well as for personal prayer and meditation. Thinking about purchasing LMU Loyola Law School apparel, an LLS diploma frame or a special gift? If so, shop online! Or, make an in-person visit. The LMU Loyola Law School book store is open week days and located on the first floor of the Burns Building (store hours are posted in their link), or call 213.736.1032.
