The Mission

It is our goal to accurately and efficiently record, securely maintain and report permanent academic record information for registration, examinations, grading and graduation and all other educational record information. At the heart of this mission is our goal to provide the highest quality of service available to the students and alumni at Loyola Law School, the campus community, and the general public. To that end, the Office of the Registrar will persistently seek to employ new technologies and rethink current policies and procedures while remaining in compliance with the federal requirements and guidelines, mandated by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), to meet the ever-changing needs of our constituencies.  To maintain the integrity of the records we have stewardship over and the services we provide, the Office of the Registrar is committed to maintaining and distributing educational record information in compliance with FERPA and treating opportunity to serve with the highest respect.
