Academic Success Program Graduation Requirements

This following outlines the graduation requirements for students participating in the Academic Success Program (ASP). Note: Courses having multiple unit values (i.e. Torts II) are not variable units for student selection. However, both offerings satisfy the ASP graduation requirement.  

Current Third-Year Day Division and Fourth-Year Evening Students

Complete six (6) courses from the list below.

First Amendment: Freedom of Expression 2   Trusts and Wills 4
Law of Sales: Domestic and International 3      

and 

take and pass Bar Exam: Writing Skills, which is not offered in the spring semester. Also, other bar exam classes, such as MBE or essay workshops, do not meet this requirement.
