McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP, was founded by a family of attorneys spanning 3 generations who have been trying cases to jury verdict on behalf of their clients in Los Angeles, California and other venues for five decades.
They have the resources available to maintain extensive and complicated litigation. They have fought many high-profile entities, including the State of California, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), BNSF Railroad, Goodyear and Home Depot.

Secured many multimillion-dollar results on behalf of our clients, including $10.8 million for a sexual abuse case, $8 million for 25 tenants living in uninhabitable conditions, $10 million for a construction worker suffering a big injury on the job, and $5.4 million for discrimination against the first African-American on the LAPD bomb squad.
