His quick development of a strong understanding of trademark clearance and prosecution demonstrated an impressive ability to analyze search results, identify potential conflicts, clearly explain legal risks and options, and craft and file trademark applications. His written work product was consistently thorough, well-organized, and professional, reflecting careful legal analysis and attention to detail. He was also exceptionally responsive and reliable, always meeting deadlines and communicating proactively about his work with the professors and his clients.
