The Juvenile Justice Clinic (JJC) is honored to have worked with Siobhan Fogarty over the last year and is proud of her accomplishments. Since the start, Siobhan demonstrated exceptional dedication to her clients and their families through her consistency in showing up for them, focusing on the details, and tirelessly fighting for the right outcome. Siobhan's fierce advocacy and dedication resulted in the discovery of exculpatory evidence on behalf of one of her clients, ultimately garnering a disposition ending in dismissal. Siobhan knew her clients and the facts of their cases better than anyone else in the courtroom, and it shined in her advocacy. Consequently, Siobhan successfully negotiated the dismissal of several charges for another young client after having prepared for the entire adjudication. She is a brave and powerful force to be reckoned with.
