Study Spaces are booked online and only available to Loyola Law School students.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions, each seat and room can only be used by one person each day.

Reserve a Study Space (Reserve, Check-In, Check-Out)

When booking a space, the form will ask you to provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Email (@lls.edu domain only)
  • LLS ID Number
  • Class Year
  • Verify Flu Vaccination

Each reservation is for a 4-hour block and corresponds to Library Hours. Booking spaces are single use only, no group study. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance. Between each 4-hour block, campus operations will sanitize study spaces, along with common areas, lobbies, restrooms, and high tough areas. It is important to vacate the building promptly when your reservation period ends to allow for timely cleaning.

After you submit the form, you will receive an email notification with your booking confirmation that includes the code to use when you check in to your reserved space. The confirmation email also gives you the ability to cancel your booking. If, for whatever reason, you're unable to show up and use your booked space, please cancel it to release the spot for another student. By reserving a study space, you commit to showing up and checking yourself into the system.

On the day of your reservation, please remember to do the Lion Health Check.  Follow all Covid-19 instructions regarding use of the library.
