Loyola's Project for the Innocent Campaign for Justice

Loyola’s Project for the Innocent (LPI) is the only wrongful conviction clinic dedicated to serving Los Angeles County, the leader in felony convictions in a state where almost 700 individuals have been proven wrongfully convicted since 1989.

With the support of our alumni, family and friends, Loyola’s Project for the Innocent will establish the Kash Register Fellowship at Loyola Law School. The Fellow will expand LPI’s ability to review and research additional cases, ultimately multiplying the clinic’s ability to bring justice to our clients. Additionally, the Kash Register Fellow will serve along the frontlines of the litigation team so that we can continue to train early-career attorneys how to be effective advocates within the criminal justice system.
