Jaron Pensinger: Chambersburg, PA

Jaron Pensinger was born and raised in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. He always had a passion for law and debate. At Chambersburg Area Senior High School, Jaron was the Co-chair of the Youth Advisory Board and worked with his peers to bring community awareness to youth delinquency and poverty. He was also an active member of Youth Court, where he was a student advocate for those who were alleged to have committed offenses under school policy.

In the Fall of 2019, Jaron interned with Congressman Conor Lamb and then with Congressman Rodney Davis in the Spring of 2020. After he completes his undergraduate studies, Jaron hopes to attend law school and/or pursue an MBA. Thus, the Coelho Center Law Fellowship is a chance to further his passion for law and advocacy.

After completing his fellowship with The Coelho Center, Jaron Pensinger shared the following:

The Coelho Center Law Fellowship allowed me to gain tremendous insight into the area of disability law. We got to hear from many accomplished guest speakers, and the program was ran phenomenally ran by Director Katherine Perez. Best of all, I got to bond with other fellows allowing me to make lasting friendships. I have gained so much from this fellowship, particularly a vast array of professional connections.
