Mission Statement
The Latino Alumni Chapter (LAC) strives to develop programming that supports the mission of Loyola Law School. The chapter focuses on playing an active role in three specific areas: Admissions Recruitment (help recruit Latina/o applicants), Student Retention (provide a system of support and guidance for students) and Alumni Engagement (reconnect and reengage alumni with each other, students and their alma mater).
The Latino Alumni Chapter is an affinity group of Loyola Law School that is committed to service, collaboration and inclusiveness. The chapter supports and actively encourages contributions to the Latino Alumni Scholarship. Proceeds from chapter-related fundraising activities benefit the Latino Alumni Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded annually to an emerging Latina/o leader who shows incredible promise through community involvement, academic excellence, and/or campus engagement.
