Congratulations on securing your field placement. Enrollment is a simple procedure and this protocol will walk you through it.

If you are enrolling in a field placements in judicial chambers, a government agency, or a public interest law firm, here are the steps:

You will not be enrolled in your field placement until you attend the mandatory "Ethics, Professionalism & Course Requirement Mandatory Orientation". Just to be safe, we recommend that you enroll in a full slate of classes as soon as registration begins for the semester in which you wish to enroll in your field placement. The course code and course component for your filed placement will only be provided by the Field Placements Department. Once you submit your signed performance agreement at the mandatory meeting, you will receive an email with a course code and course component within a few days to enroll in your placement.  If you have any questions on how to drop a class please contact the registrar's office.

If you are enrolling in a Private Field Placement or a Entertainment Private Field Placement please go to the private placement website for more information regarding the application process.

If you wish to enroll in the Loyola Immigration Clinic, the Center for Juvenile Law and Policy, the Hobbs Trial Advocacy program, the Semester in Practice, other than the off campus program described above, you must contact the faculty member in charge of the program for enrollment procedures.
