Loyola professor, alumnae featured in profile of Home Base Immigration Clinic
Professor Kathleen Kim, alumnae Marissa Montes '12 and Emily Robinson '12, and alumnus John A. Girardi '72 were featured in the Daily Journal's "New Lawyer" supplement for their work founding the Home Base Immigration Clinic.
"Among the clinic's successes was helping a young woman who was routinely beaten because of her sexual orientation apply for a visa for immigrants who have been victims of crimes. They also represented a blind diabetic woman in her naturalization process and sought a disability waiver on the woman's behalf."
