The Symplicity Career Services Management (CSM) system is a web-based, one-stop shop for job listings, on-campus interview (OCI) registration, and other career development services.

Students and graduates may access the Loyola Law School Symplicity system at:

Symplicity is utilized by several institutions and each system is unique to the individual organization. Those who have previously used Symplicity at a different school (including Loyola Marymount University main campus) or as part of an event (e.g. UCLA Public Interest Career Day, the Loyola University of Chicago Patent Program) should note that each system has a different web address and requires a log-in specific to that institution. Also, files uploaded onto one cannot be accessed from another.

Symplicity Access

First year students will receive their Symplicity username and password via email in October. Accounts for visiting students and incoming transfers will be created upon confirmation from the Registrar and the Office of Admissions. Those seeking reciprocal services should consult their career services department to request access.

Symplicity Reciprocity

Loyola has reciprocity arrangements with many schools nationwide.  If seeking a position outside Los Angeles/Orange County, reciprocity may be granted to allow the user to search another law school’s Symplicity job listings.  To request reciprocity, email, with the city and desired law school(s).
