Helene Hahn joined DreamWorks in October, 1994 where she is responsible for all business and legal affairs and administration for the company. DreamWorks is engaged in the development, production and worldwide distribution of a broad range of entertainment products including theatrical and television animation, live action film, television programs, music recording and publishing, consumer products and interactive software.

Prior to joining DreamWorks, Ms. Hahn was Executive Vice President of Walt Disney Studios. She joined Disney in 1987 and became the company's top business and legal affairs executive for the studio division, directly responsible for overseeing business affairs for the theatrical groups (Disney, Touchstone, Hollywood Pictures and Animation) including negotiations for all talent, co-financing, acquisitions, and distribution agreements, with oversight for all business and legal affairs and interdivisional business at the studios and its intercorporate activities with the Walt Disney Company, in addition to being responsible for administration, labor relations and minority recruitment for the studios. From 1984-87, Ms. Hahn was Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Walt Disney Pictures.

Before joining Disney, Ms. Hahn served for seven years at Paramount Pictures, beginning in 1977 as a staff attorney in its legal department, and moving two years later to Business Affairs where she was promoted to Director in 1980, Vice President in 1981 and Senior Vice President in 1983.

She has served on the advisory board for Women in Business, the Board of Trustees of Wildwood School, and the Board of Directors of The Copyright Society of Los Angeles. She has been a recipient of the 1991 Sara Lee Frontrunner Award, the 1992 Big Sisters of Achievement Award, the 1993 USA Clairol Mentor Award and the 1994 Business and Professional Women's Magnificent Seven Award.
