Celeste Del Rio-Kasper joined FDAImports, a U.S. Food and Drug Administration consulting firm, as associate attorney practicing food, drug and cosmetics law with the Irvine, CA office.
Julien Kern was named legal counsel for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles; Kern formerly worked in private practice with Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP.
Kyle R. Tracy joined Simon Greenstone Panatier Bartlett, PC in Long Beach, CA.

Stacy Dominguez is an associate with Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP in Newport Beach, CA, practicing premises liability and construction, toxic tort and environmental law.
Kimberly M. Nakamaru now practices with McGuireWoods, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial matters, sports sponsorships and endorsements; Nakamaru was serving as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
