Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds

Students who are not admitted to the program or who withdraw prior to April 4, 2008 will receive a full refund of the $550 tuition deposit. Applicants who withdraw between April 4th and 25th, will receive a refund of their tuition and housing payment, less the $550 tuition deposit. No refunds of tuition or housing will be made after April 25th.

Changes & Cancellation

Loyola Law School reserves the right to change or cancel the program. Should significant changes to the program occur, students would be advised of the change and given the option to withdraw with a full refund. In the unlikely event that the International IP Institute were to be canceled, students would be notified immediately and issued a full refund. Loyola Law school is not responsible for financial losses caused by travel arrangements due to the cancellation of the program.
