Refunds

Students who are not admitted to the program or who withdraw prior to March 24, 2008 will receive a full refund of the $350 tuition deposit and $350 housing deposit. The housing deposit become non-refundable on March 24th. Applicants who withdraw between March 25 and April 25th, will receive a refund of their tuition payment, less the $350 tuition deposit. No refunds will be made after April 25th.

Changes & Cancellation

Brooklyn and Loyola Law School reserve the right to change or cancel the program. Should significant changes to the program occur, students would be advised of the change and given the option to withdraw with a full refund. In the unlikely event that the program were to be canceled, students would be notified immediately and issued a full refund. Neither Brooklyn or Loyola Law schools are not responsible for financial losses caused by travel arrangements due to the cancellation of the program.
