Refunds

Students who are not admitted or withdraw from the program by May 7th will receive a full refund of the $550 tuition deposit. Admitted students who withdraw between May 8th and June 4th will receive a 50% refund of their tuition payment, less the $550 tuition deposit. No refunds will be made after June 4, 2010.

Changes & Cancellation

Loyola Law School reserves the right to change or cancel the program. Should significant changes to the program occur, students would be advised and given the option to withdraw with a full refund. In the unlikely event that the Costa Rica Summer Program was canceled, students would be notified immediately and issued a full refund. Loyola Law is not responsible for financial losses caused by travel arrangements due to the cancellation of the program.
