Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds

Students who are not admitted to the program will receive a full refund of the $550 tuition deposit. Admitted students who withdraw prior to May 12, will receive a refund of their tuition payment, less the $550 tuition deposit. Students who withdraw between May 12 and June 12 will receive a 50% refund of their tuition payment, less the $550 tuition deposit. No refunds will be made after June 12, 2008.

Changes & Cancellation

Loyola Law School reserves the right to change or cancel the program. Should significant changes to the program occur, students would be advised and given the option to withdraw with a full refund. In the unlikely event that the Costa Rica Summer Program was to be canceled, students would be notified immediately and issued a full refund. Loyola Law is not responsible for financial losses caused by travel arrangements due to the cancellation of the program.
