Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds

Students who are not admitted to the program or who withdraw by March 26th will receive a full refund of the $400 tuition deposit. Applicants who withdraw between March 27th and April 23rd, will receive a refund of their tuition and housing payment, less the $400 deposits. No refunds will be made after April 23rd.

Changes and Cancellation

Loyola and Brooklyn Law Schools reserve the right to cancel or change the program should circumstance warrant and would refund all tuition and housing payments if the program were canceled. If Loyola/Brooklyn were to cancel, it would announce that decision before May 16, 2009. If the program is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of Loyola or Brooklyn Law Schools, they are not responsible for any resulting damages, including financial losses caused by travel arrangements.
