Justice Anthony M. Kennedy to Speak at Loyola Law School's Girardi Advocacy Center Dedication

What: Dedication ceremony of the new Albert H. Girardi Advocacy
Center (named after the father of Attorney Thomas Girardi). The keynote address will be given by the Honorable Anthony M. Kennedy, Associate Justice, United States Supreme Court. Reception and tours follow ceremony.

Where: Loyola Law School campus, 919 S. Albany Street (at Olympic Blvd.), Los Angeles

More: The new, three-story building will be dedicated to advocacy skills training, and will be the home of the Center for Ethical Advocacy. The architecture is by Frank Gehry & Associates.

The Albert H. Girardi Advocacy Center includes:

  • A total of 15,141 square feet (within three stories)
  • A 90-person trial courtroom, including a jury deliberation room
  • A 70-person appellate courtroom
  • A 36-person Center for Ethical Advocacy classroom, with video training labs
  • State-of-the-art presentation technology on all floors
