ETHICAL ISSUES IN PATENT PROCUREMENT, LICENSING AND LITIGATION (2½ HOURS OF ETHICS CREDIT)

All attorneys face ethical issues, sometimes difficult ones, in the daily practice of law.  Patent attorneys – prosecutors, litigators and in-house counsel – face many of the same issues and other unique and potentially troubling ones.  This Event will cover many of the more difficult issues which can affect the client’s rights and/or the attorney’s right to continue to practice law.

All program take place on the campus of Loyola Law School.  Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the program will begin at 11:00 a.m.  Lunch will be available during the program, which will end by 2:15 p.m.
