  • Conditional Scholarship - Scholarship Retention Data

All admitted students are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships.  This policy is reviewed annually, and in recent years has changed. Students in the 2012 and 2013 class will be able to retain their merit scholarship as long as they maintain a 3.2 cumulative GPA – which is equivalent to being in approximately the top 50% of the class.  However, once a scholarship is forfeited due to failure to meet the renewal criteria, it will not be renewed in any subsequent year even if the GPA requirement is met.  Data for the entering class of 2012 scholarship retention will be available in July 2013.

    2009-2011 Renewal Policy Data

    * Students in 2010 and 2011 were required to finish in the top 30% of the class to retain their awarded scholarship.

** Students who were in approximately the top 40% of the class in 2009 retained their awarded scholarship.
