After graduating from law school, Julie Manasfi worked as an associate with the firms of White & Case LLP in New York and Sidley Austin LLP in Los Angeles, advising clients on complex tax issues presented by large business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and international joint ventures and investments. She also provided tax advice to a number of large domestic and offshore hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds, including advising them on formation issues and structuring a wide variety of investments.
