David Horton joined the Loyola faculty in 2009.  He graduated Order of the Coif from UCLA Law School in 2004, where he served as Chief Articles Editor of the UCLA Law Review.  He then practiced at the law firm of Morrison & Foerster and clerked for the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.  From 2007 to 2009, he was a Lecturer in Residence at the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law.  His scholarly interests include contract procedure and wills and trusts.
