Environmental Law Concentration
In 2011 the Loyola Law School faculty approved a Concentration program in Environmental Law. The goal of the Concentration is threefold.
First, students will receive the substantive background knowledge needed to work in any area of Environmental Law. Second, the Concentration will allow students to delve more deeply into several specific subjects in small classes and to develop an appreciation for the policy choices and regulatory instruments used in the field.
Finally, students will see how Environmental Law is practiced through an experiential learning class. Throughout this process, students will receive individual guidance from the Concentration Advisor, Professor Daniel Selmi.
