Positions Available
Units
The clinic is offered to students year-round (Fall, Spring and Summer). The Clinic may be taken for any number of semesters though a two consecutive semester commitment is preferred, but not required. Students may take the clinic for any number of units; day students are asked to take a minimum of two units per semester, evening students may take one of more units per semester. Work Study
Work study positions are available year-round (Fall, Spring and Summer). A year long commitment is preferred, but not required. These students may also take the clinic training. Pearl Castro Mendez
The Pearl Castro Mendez position will be filled by a bilingual (English/Spanish) Loyola Law School student who is interested in serving the monolingual Hispanic community through the process of mediation/conciliation. Contractor

Summer Grants
Summer Public Interest Employment Position (SPIEP)
You may qualify for a Summer Public Interest Employment Position at The Center. The application for this position must be made through the Law School Externship Office (Founders Hall, Room 240). Please watch for an announcement of this by the Externship Office early in the Spring Semester. These students will also be asked to take the Clinic Training.
PILF
PILF positions are funded through the PILP Summer Fellowship Grants Program in order for students to pursue their public interest efforts, which may not qualify for support through Loyola Summer Work-Study Employment Program. The application for this position must be made through the Law School Externship Office (Founders Hall, Room 240)
