International and Comparative Law Concentration

This Concentration offers specializations in three areas. The International Economic Law track addresses both the conduct of sovereign states in international economic relations, and private parties involved in cross-border economic and business transactions.

The International Criminal and Human Rights Law track allows students to specialize in a broad range of laws and policies affecting human rights, from immigration law and international environmental law to humanitarian intervention and international criminal law. The International and Comparative Law track will include courses in both International Economic Law and the International Criminal and Human Rights tracks, as well as additional courses in foreign and comparative law. (Please note that students can change track any time prior to graduation, as long as requirements for the newly chosen track are met.)
