Eligibility & Recognition

Students may register to participate in the Concentration at the end of their first year (end of third semester for part-time students) and must be in good academic standing.

Students who earn a GPA of A- or better in all courses taken towards completion of the Concentration are eligible for honors recognition on their transcripts upon graduation. The GPA within the Concentration will be based on an average of all courses eligible for Concentration credit. Students have the option of requesting their transcript reflect their completion of the Concentration, their GPA within the Concentration curriculum, or a specialty, where applicable. The GPA will be based on all the courses taken which are eligible for Concentration credit.

Honors Designation:

The Law & Entrepreneurship Concentration will not be eligible for Honors recognition because this new concentration allows LLS students to complete two of the required courses outside the law school curriculum.
