Background
After Professor Bensinger earned a joint degree in urban planning and law from University of California Los Angeles, she moved to Chicago, where she practiced mainly in the areas of fair housing and employment law with the firm of Robinson, Curley & Clayton. In 1993, she joined the faculty of Chicago-Kent School of Law, where she taught Legal Research and Writing, Family Law and Legal Rights of Children. She moved back to Los Angeles and joined the Loyola Law School faculty in 1997.
